Ana Quinn


As Co-Founder and Head of Imprint Talent Readiness, Ana Quinn has built successful strategic partnerships in healthcare firms, academia and entrepreneurial start-ups. Her focus of experience and areas where she is most passionate about (and has the most fun) are change management, marketing and communications, strategic development and alliances, managerial leadership, process development and improvement, business operations, project management, executive education, and coaching. She enjoys team collaboration and possess a balanced and analytical approach to strategic development and execution.

Ana’s passion in numerous areas has resulted in her experiencing an established track record for exceeding expectations in highly competitive and dynamic environments as she is highly motivated with outstanding organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Ana has been fortunate and blessed to experience dynamic roles across Duke University, senior positions in healthcare, pharmaceutical, consumer products, & organizational development companies such as Lee Hecht Harrison, P&G, Pfizer, Baxter and Burger King Corporation.

In addition to graduating from Tulane University with a BA in Economics and Communications and earning an MBA from the University of Miami, Ana is certified in numerous areas: Project Management Professional (PMP), Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation, Certified in Production & Inventory Management (CPIM), Certified Practitioner and Customer Focused Selling of The Predictive Index. Ana is fluent in both English and Spanish.
